Role Description This is a full-time, on-site User Interface Designer role based in Hyderabad. The User Interface Designer will create intuitive and visually engaging interfaces for web and enterprise applications, collaborating closely with product managers, UX designers, and engineers. Day-to-day work includes translating requirements and user journeys into wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity UI designs aligned with brand guidelines and design systems. The role involves preparing design specifications, interaction states, and assets for development, and partnering with front-end developers to ensure accurate implementation. The designer will participate in design reviews, incorporate feedback, and support usability testing to continuously improve product usability and consistency.

Qualifications

• 26 years of hands-on UI/UX or Product Design experience
• Strong User Interface Design skills, with the ability to create clean, consistent, and scalable UI components for web and enterprise applications.
• Proficiency in Visual Design, including typography, color theory, layout, and responsive design principles.
• Experience creating wireframes and Mockups using modern design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar).
• Understanding of User Experience (UX) principles, user flows, and interaction patterns, and ability to collaborate effectively with UX researchers and product teams.
• Basic familiarity with Front-End Development concepts (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to support design handoff and feasibility discussions.
• Bachelors degree in Design, HCI, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UI design work for web or enterprise applications.
• Ability to communicate design decisions clearly, work in cross-functional teams, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in startup or product-led environments
• Background in designing AI product experiences (copilots, assistants, workflow automation)
• Expertise in design systems and scalable UI architecture
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and modern usability best practices
• Understanding of frontend implementation constraints and cost considerations
• Experience with Agile product development methodologies
• Active participation in design communities, hackathons, or AI and design forums
