Roles and Responsibilities

• Contribute to the UX project management process
• Kickoff project activities & identify team
• Identify project resource requirements (Hardware/Software/Manpower/ Tools/Technology/Trainings)
• Define project scope and objectives and communicate the same to team members.
• Identify client expectations/ requirements (or any changes therein) and communicate to Project Team and Senior Management.
• Task allocation
• Share schedule with client and keep client and team updated about the schedule variance/changes if any.
• Responsible for execution and delivery of the project within agreed cost and time
• Ensure acceptable level of quality is delivered in each deliverable to the client
• Project Status monitoring and reporting
• Identify risks and prepare mitigation plan after discussing with client / Delivery Head / any concerned department
• Take corrective / preventive actions for project deviations & issues
