Translate design concepts to prototype solutions as quickly and tangibly as possible, with a balanced understanding of technical feasibility implications and design intent.

Summary:
In the role of User Experience Engineer, a typical day involves taking ownership of prototype development and delivering innovative software engineering solutions aimed at enhancing user interaction. This position requires transforming design ideas into functional prototypes swiftly while carefully considering both the technical feasibility and the original design vision. The role demands a thoughtful balance between creativity and practicality to ensure that user experience is optimized through effective and efficient solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and feedback to refine prototypes.
- Continuously evaluate and improve existing user experience solutions based on user feedback and technical advancements.
- Document prototype development processes and share knowledge with team members to foster collective growth.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices in prototype development.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.
- Strong understanding of user interface design principles and usability standards.
- Experience with rapid prototyping tools and techniques to translate design concepts into tangible solutions.
- Ability to assess technical feasibility and balance it with design intent to deliver practical user experience improvements.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies to ensure timely delivery of prototypes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on creating user-centric solutions.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
