Who You Are

• 12 years of experience in product design, whether through full-time roles, internships, or meaningful project work.
• Formal education in design, media, art, HCI, or a related field from a university, design school, or equivalent academic program.
• A portfolio that shows you can take an idea, design the flow, and polish it into something beautiful. A plus if we can see a real product out in the world.
• A good sense of visual design fundamentals: layout, spacing, typography, hierarchy.
• Experience using Figma. It's expected you can work independently in flows, wireframes, UI design, and prototypes.
• Comfort giving and receiving feedback in a collaborative design process. You'll also be working closely with engineers and creative folks.
• Conduct user research and use the findings to make our products lovable and more intuitive.
