Role Overview

We are hiring a UI/UX Designer with 1 to 3 years of experience to drive visual and interaction design across both client projects and in-house products. You will work closely with founders, developers, and product leads to transform complex workflows into clean, intuitive interfaces.

This is a hands-on role where you will own complete product flowsnot just polish individual screens.

What You Will Do

• Design end-to-end user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity interfaces for web and mobile products
• Build and maintain scalable design systems across multiple products
• Collaborate with developers to ensure pixel-accurate implementation
• Translate ambiguous product requirements into clear visual direction
• Iterate quickly based on user feedback and stakeholder input

What We Are Looking For

• 1 to 3 years of experience designing digital products (preferably SaaS or consumer applications)
• Strong portfolio demonstrating visual hierarchy, typography, and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Figma and modern design workflows
• Understanding of responsive design, component-based systems, and basic frontend constraints
• Ability to clearly explain and defend design decisions
• A strong eye for creating intuitive and effortless user experiences

Nice to Have

• Experience designing for B2B or professional users
• Familiarity with motion design or prototyping tools
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, or Tailwind
