User Experience Designer

Role Description

This is a full-time Onsite role for a User Experience Designer at CoreShield Technologies. The designer will be responsible for creating mockups, visual designs, prototypes, front-end development, and user experience design to enhance situational awareness, decision-making, and operational readiness.

Key Responsibilities:

• 3+ years of UI/UX design experience in web and mobile applications.
• Assist in creating high-fidelity designs that align with project requirements.
• Collaborate with designers and developers to refine and iterate on design concepts.
• Design interfaces that consider engineering constraints, system behavior, performance, and implementation feasibility.
• Assist in maintaining design consistency across various platforms and touch points.
• Utilise design tools to create compelling graphics and visual assets.
• Develop user flows, wireframes, and prototypes to explore and test design solutions.
• Conduct user research to gather insights and make informed design decisions.
• Stay updated with the latest UX/UI trends, design tools, accessibility standards, and emerging technologies.

What We Are Looking For:

• Strong experience in UI/UX design for SaaS, enterprise, B2B, or technology-driven products
• Prototyping and Front-End Development skills
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frontend development concepts (not necessarily hands-on coding).
• User Experience Design (UED) skills
• Proficiency in design software tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or Figma
• Understanding of how modern software products are architected and built, including web applications, APIs, workflows, and data-driven interfaces.
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, User Experience Design, or related field
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic understanding of design systems and component libraries.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and user-center design.
• Ability to think creatively and solve design problems.
• A portfolio showcasing your design work.
• Experience with wire-framing and prototyping tools.
