User Experience Designer

Job Title: UI UX Designer with React.JS OR UI/UX Designer OR UI / UX Engineer

Duration: Fulltime

Location: Jaipur

Key Responsibilities

UI/UX Design

• Design intuitive, user-centered web and mobile experiences.
• Create wireframes, user flows, journey maps, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
• Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and reusable component libraries.
• Ensure consistency and scalability across digital platforms.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation.

UX Research

• Conduct user research, usability testing, heuristic evaluations, and stakeholder interviews.
• Translate research insights into actionable design improvements.
• Create personas, empathy maps, and experience maps.
• Use qualitative and quantitative insights to enhance user journeys.

Front-End Development

• Develop and implement responsive, scalable interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React.js.
• Build reusable React components aligned with design systems.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility, performance optimization, and accessibility compliance.
• Integrate APIs and dynamic data in collaboration with backend teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 45 years of experience in UI/UX design, research, and front-end development.
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Design (B.Des/M.Des) from a recognized Design University OR relevant UI/UX Certification from reputed institutions.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design solutions and implemented web applications.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar tools.
• Strong hands-on experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and React.js.
• Experience in responsive design and modern CSS frameworks (Bootstrap/Tailwind).
• Solid understanding of usability, accessibility (WCAG), and interaction design principles.
• Experience in presales/client-facing engagements.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Presales & Client Engagement

Actively participate in presales discussions, discovery sessions, and solution workshops.

Prepare UI/UX proposals, concept mockups, and pitch presentations.

Create quick React-based prototypes or clickable demos for client presentations.

Contribute to RFP/RFI responses with UI/UX strategy and technical inputs.

Preferred Qualifications

Certification in UX Research, Interaction Design, or Design Thinking (Google UX, NN/g, HFI, etc.).

Experience in IT services/consulting environments.

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Experience with REST API integration.

Knowledge of version control systems (Git).
