Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site User Experience Designer role based in Jaipur. The User Experience Designer will focus on crafting intuitive and engaging user experiences. Key responsibilities include conducting user research, developing wireframes and prototypes, applying design thinking principles, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of compelling visual and functional designs. The designer will ensure that user needs are at the center of all product development processes.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Design Thinking and the ability to apply human-centered design principles to enhance user experience.
• Strong expertise in User Research and understanding of user behavior, needs, and pain points.
• Advanced skills in Visual Design, with proficiency in design tools and a focus on creating engaging and visually appealing interfaces.
• Experience with User Experience (UX) and Prototyping to design and iterate on user-friendly solutions.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Relevant experience in a similar role, with a portfolio showcasing successfully implemented design projects.
