Location:Madhapur, Hyderabad

Experience:Minimum 6 months to 3 years in US IT recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and identify top IT talent from LinkedIn, job portals, and other channels.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process using ATS platforms like Oorwin, JobDiva, Ceipal, etc.
• Screen candidates, conduct interviews, and coordinate with US clients.
• Advise on US visa processes (H1B, OPT, L1, etc.) and relevant tax terms (W2, 1099, etc.).
• Build talent pipelines and ensure compliance with US hiring regulations.

Must-Have Skills:

• Strong understanding of US visas and tax terminology.
• Hands-on experience with ATS tools (Oorwin, JobDiva, Ceipal, etc.).
• Proven expertise in sourcing via LinkedIn and job portals.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Preferred:Familiarity with IT roles (software developers, DevOps, data engineers, etc.).
