US HR Operations Executive

Role: US HR Operations Executive

Location: Chennai (Navalur).

Shift timings: 6.30 pm -3.30 am IST

Male candidates Preferred

Experience: 4 to 12 years of experience in US HR Operations

Responsibilities:

• Oversee onboarding, orientation, transfers, and offboarding processes to ensure smooth employee experiences.
• Maintain accurate employee data in HR systems and manage personnel files in compliance with US regulations.
• Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local labor laws (EEO, FMLA, ACA, etc.) and support audits.
• Partner with payroll teams for timely processing and administer employee benefits programs, including open enrollment.
• Update and communicate HR policies, procedures, and guidelines across the organization.
• Act as a point of contact for HR queries, assist with conflict resolution, and support performance management initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to streamline HR operations, generate HR metrics/reports, and implement best practices for efficiency.
