Role Overview

We are looking for a Customer Success Manager (CSM) to drive successful implementation and adoption of AI-powered products at client organizations. This role sits at the intersection of client engagement, solution implementation, and technical integration, ensuring that our AI solutions deliver measurable business outcomes.

You will work closely with customer stakeholders, internal product/engineering teams, and delivery teams to onboard, integrate, and scale AI solutions in production environments.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Implementation & Onboarding

  • Lead end-to-end onboarding of AI products at customer sites
  • Understand client business workflows and map product capabilities to use cases
  • Configure and deploy solutions aligned to customer environments

Integration & Technical Coordination

  • Work with client IT teams to integrate AI solutions with:
  • Enterprise applications (CRM, ERP, data platforms)
  • APIs, databases, and workflows
  • Translate business requirements into technical integration plans
  • Collaborate with backend/product engineering teams for customizations

Adoption & Value Realization

  • Drive product adoption across business users and stakeholders
  • Define success metrics (usage, accuracy, ROI) and track performance
  • Identify gaps in adoption and proactively drive interventions

Stakeholder Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers post-deployment
  • Engage with business, operations, and IT stakeholders
  • Conduct regular reviews (weekly/monthly) on progress and impact

Training & Enablement

  • Conduct user training sessions and workshops
  • Create playbooks, guides, and best practices for client teams
  • Enable customers to independently use and scale the solution

Feedback & Product Improvement

  • Capture customer feedback and translate it into product enhancements
  • Work with product teams to prioritize features and improvements
  • Identify opportunities for upsell/cross-sell based on client needs


Required Skills & Experience

Core Skills

  • Experience in customer success, implementation, or solution delivery roles
  • Strong understanding of enterprise software integration (APIs, data flows)
  • Ability to work with both business and technical stakeholders

Technical Understanding

  • Familiarity with:
  • APIs, REST services, and system integrations
  • Data formats (JSON, CSV, XML)
  • Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP basic level)
  • Exposure to AI/ML or GenAI-based applications is highly preferred

Business & Communication

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into business value
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with AI/ML, automation, or SaaS products
  • Exposure to industries like insurance, manufacturing, or retail
  • Prior experience in GCC or enterprise client environments
