About Core Techies:

Core Techies India Private Limited is an AI-focused software agency with 12 years of delivery experience for international clients.

We work across AI automation, voice agents, AI SaaS MVPs, RAG systems, and custom AI-led development.

We are now building a specialist Noida sales unit to increase AI services revenue aggressively over the next 90 days.

About the Role:

This role owns the top of the Upwork funnel.

You will identify the right AI projects, write sharp tailored proposals, and generate qualified leads for the closing team.

Your success will not be measured by how many bids you send. It will be measured by the quality of opportunities you create.

This is a specialist role for someone who understands how Upwork works, how to avoid wasting connects, and how to spot high-potential AI opportunities fast.

What you will do:

• Search daily for relevant AI projects on Upwork
• Target projects in categories such as AI automation, voice agents, RAG systems, AI agents, and AI SaaS MVPs
• Avoid low-fit or low-value projects outside our service focus
• Write tailored, high-quality proposals that align with the project brief and Core Techies capabilities
• Recommend boosted proposals selectively on high-value opportunities
• Pass qualified responses to the Project Finaliser on the same day
• Maintain accurate tracking for bids, responses, stage movement, and connects usage
• Submit daily reporting through the defined Google Sheet workflow.

Priority Categories:

You will primarily bid on:

• AI Workflow Automation using n8n and Make.com
• AI Voice Agent Projects using tools like VAPI, Twilio, and ElevenLabs
• AI Agent Projects
• RAG Systems / AI Knowledge Base Projects
• AI SaaS MVP Project

What you will not Bid on:

• Generic mobile development
• Basic web development
• WordPress-only projects
• Data entry work
• Projects below approved budget thresholds
• Gambling or lottery projects
• Equity-only partnerships

What we need:

Non-Negotiables

• A personal Upwork profile with at least 10 AI-related project wins in the last 12 months
• Strong understanding of Upwork mechanics including JSS, connects, response behavior, and boosted proposals
• Strong written English and proposal quality
• Familiarity with at least 3 of the following: OpenAI API, n8n, Make.com, VAPI, LangChain, RAG, AI agents, ElevenLabs, Whisper, Pinecone
• Own laptop
• Based in Noida or ready to relocate immediately

Preffered

• Prior experience in an AI or IT services agency
• Experience handling medium-ticket or high-ticket Upwork opportunities
• Good judgment on pricing signals, budget fit, and qualification quality
• Ability to work with speed without sending generic proposals

• A consistent flow of qualified leads
• Strong proposal relevance and response quality
• Zero careless spending on poor-fit projects
• Sharp judgment in targeting the right AI jobs

This is a performance role. We value clarity and transparency, so expectations will be discussed early and reviewed regularly.
