Job Overview

We are looking for asmart and result-driven Bidderwith hands-on experience in freelance platforms, especiallyUpwork. The candidate should be capable of generating quality leads, writing winning proposals, and converting prospects into long-term clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively bid on platforms likeUpwork (primary), Freelancer.
• Identify relevant projects in web development (WordPress, Shopify, PHP, etc.)
• Writecustomized and high-converting proposals(no copy-paste)
• Handle client communication, requirement understanding, and follow-ups
• Coordinate with the technical team for project estimation
• Maintain proper records of leads, proposals, and conversions
• Work towards closing deals and achieving monthly targets

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 12 years of experiencein IT bidding.
• Strong Upwork bidding experience is mandatory
• Good understanding of web technologies (WordPress, WooCommerce, Shopify)
• Excellent written and verbal English communication
• Knowledge of pricing strategies and client handling
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with a web development agency
• Knowledge of LinkedIn outreach and email marketing
• Experience handlinginternational clients
• Proven track record ofproject closures on Upwork or similar platforms

KPIs & Performance Metrics

• 510 quality bids per day
• 25 client responses per week
• Minimum 12 project closures per month

Compensation Structure

• Salary:15,000 30,000 per month
• Incentives:Attractive commission on each project closure
• Performance-based growth and increments
