Unit Manager

We have an exciting opening for Unit Manager Micro LAP (Loan Against Property) with a reputed financial organization.

Location: Mumbai

Salary: As per industry standards + Performance-based incentives

Qualification: Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred)

Experience: 4 - 6 years in LAP / secured lending products with minimum 2 years in team handling role

Job Role:

Drive sales and business targets for Micro LAP portfolio (35 lakhs ticket size)

Manage portfolio quality and ensure regular collections

Lead, train, and motivate a team of Relationship Officers / Sales Executives

Monitor bucket-wise collections and reduce delinquencies

Coordinate with credit team for approvals and ensure proper documentation

Conduct market analysis and support business growth strategies

Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines

We are looking for candidates with strong LAP experience, good team management skills, and exposure in secured lending with a result-oriented approach.
