UK Account Associate (Bookkeeping, VAT, Payroll)

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a UK Account Associate, located in Ahmedabad. As a UK Account Associate, you will handle bookkeeping tasks, VAT submissions, payroll processing, and financial documentation in compliance with UK regulations. Day-to-day responsibilities also include maintaining client records, reconciling accounts, preparing reports, and ensuring accuracy in financial data. Providing excellent customer service and managing client accounts efficiently are key aspects of the position.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service abilities to effectively engage with clients and address their needs
• Analytical Skills and proficiency in Account Management to accurately manage financial records and ensure compliance
• Excellent Communication skills to clearly convey information and collaborate with team members and clients
• Detail-oriented with a strong understanding of UK bookkeeping, VAT regulations, and payroll systems
• Proficiency in accounting software and spreadsheet tools, such as Excel
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in a similar role and knowledge of UK accounting practices are advantageous
