Overall Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy end-to-end RPA solutions using UiPath
• Lead and contribute to process assessment, feasibility analysis, and solution design
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, BAs, and SMEs to understand automation requirements
• Ensure best practices, reusable components, and coding standards are followed
• Perform code reviews, mentoring junior developers, and provide technical guidance
• Handle production support, bot monitoring, and issue resolution
• Optimize existing automations for performance, stability, and scalability
• Maintain documentation including PDD, SDD, test cases, and release notes
• Work closely with infrastructure and security teams for bot setup and deployments

Skills & Tools

• Strong hands-on experience with UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and Robots
• Expertise in REFramework
• Experience with Queue-based automation
• Hands-on with Selectors, Exception Handling, Logging, and Retry mechanisms
• Strong knowledge of VB.NET / C# basics
• Experience with API integration, Excel, Outlook, PDF, and Web automation
• Knowledge of Document Understanding (OCR, ML Extractors added advantage)
• Experience in Citrix / Virtual environment automation
• Understanding of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines for RPA (Git, Azure DevOps preferred)

Day-to-Day Activities

• Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities
• Develop robust UiPath workflows using best practices
• Configure and manage queues, assets, triggers, and schedules
• Debug and resolve automation failures in production
• Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
• Perform peer code reviews and suggest improvements
• Coordinate with stakeholders for UAT and go-live support
• Prepare technical documentation and knowledge transfer sessions
• Support bot performance monitoring and continuous improvements

Experience

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in UiPath RPA development
• Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments
• Exposure to end-to-end RPA lifecycle (Discovery to Production)
• Experience in client interaction and requirement discussions is a plus

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent
• UiPath Advanced RPA Developer Certification (preferred)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
