Role Description

This is an on-site UI/UX Designer role based in Bengaluru.

As part of a startup environment, you will own the UI/UX design process end-to-end for assigned projects. While you will be solely responsible for design execution, you will receive strong guidance, reviews, and mentorship from the founding and development team.

This role is ideal for someone who wants real responsibility, hands-on learning, and startup exposure.

This role also give you leadership experience, you will be managing projects and 2 - 3 interns

Responsibilities

Independently create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes for web and mobile applications.

Design clean, modern, and user-friendly interfaces aligned with product goals and brand guidelines.

Take ownership of UI/UX decisions while incorporating feedback from mentors and stakeholders.

Conduct basic user research, gather insights, and iterate designs based on feedback.

Collaborate closely with developers to ensure design feasibility and smooth implementation.

Maintain and evolve the design system, UI components, and reusable assets.

Actively participate in brainstorming and product discussions, contributing creative design solutions.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Figma.

Solid understanding of UI/UX principles, design thinking, and user-centered design approaches.

Strong creativity, visual aesthetics, and attention to detail.

knowledge of usability testing, interaction design, and user flows is a plus.

Ability to work independently, take ownership, and adapt quickly in a startup environment.

Openness to feedback and a strong willingness to learn and improve.

A portfolio (academic, personal, or freelance projects) showcasing UI/UX work is highly preferred.

• Preference will be given to candidates based in Bengaluru who can work on-site, or candidates who are ready to relocate to Bangalore near the office with their own expense
