Our mission is to make banking simpler, more rewarding, and built for the next generation.

We are looking for a creative and user-centric UI/UX Designer to join our growing team and help craft seamless experiences across web and mobile platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing user experiences for Paydohs web and mobile products.
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, mockups, and high-fidelity designs for new features and product enhancements.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and behavior analysis to improve product experiences.
• Work closely with product, engineering, and marketing teams throughout the design lifecycle, from concept to launch.
• Ensure consistency across products by maintaining and evolving design systems and brand guidelines.
• Translate complex financial journeys into simple, frictionless user experiences.
• Participate in agile sprints, brainstorming sessions, and rapid iteration cycles.
• Continuously improve designs based on feedback, analytics, and user insights.

Requirements

• Strong portfolio showcasing mobile and web product design work.
• Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Canva or similar platforms.
• Understanding of Design Systems, Responsive Design, iOS & Android guidelines.
• Knowledge of low code no code design tools such as Framer, Wix, or similar is plus.
• Strong problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication, time management, and prioritization skills.
• Passion for building delightful user experiences for young digital-first audiences.

Preferred

• Candidates who can join within 15 days will be given preference.
• Prior experience designing fintech, payments, or Gen Z-focused products is a plus.
