UI/UX Designer

Giggso helps enterprises move AI from pilots to production with secure, governed, and scalable systems.

Were looking for a UI/UX Designer to own and drive end-to-end experience design for our enterprise AI platforms.

Youll work closely with stakeholders (Project Managers, Leads & Developers ) to transform complex workflows, data pipelines, and dashboards into intuitive, high-impact user experiences.

What youll do:

Design user journeys, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes

Build scalable design systems using Figma

Simplify complex AI and data workflows into usable interfaces

Conduct UX research and iterate based on real user feedback

Conduct iterative flow test by running usability testing to identify friction points before they hit production.

What were looking for:

• Strong expertise in Figma (auto-layout, components, variables)
• Experience with enterprise / AI / data-heavy platforms
• Ability to translate abstract concepts into usable designs
• Ability to see the "big picture" of a user's journey through a multi-tenant, enterprise environment.
• High ownership mindset

Bonus:

• Experience preparing marketing materials ( images and videos ) using tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, or equivalent design software.
• Ability to use AI tools like Replit, NotebookLM, or equivalent.
