We are looking for a UI/UX Designer with 35 years of experience who can think beyond screens, someone who can shape product architecture, craft intuitive user journeys and optimise nomenclature to drive conversions, especially within e-commerce and in-app store experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Product Thinking & Architecture

• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define user flows and information architecture
• Translate complex ideas into simple, intuitive experiences

UI/UX Design Execution

• Design high-quality, pixel-perfect interfaces for mobile and web
• Maintain consistency across components, layouts and design systems

E-commerce & Conversion Optimisation

• Own and refine nomenclature, microcopy and labels across the platform.
• Enhance the in-app store experience by optimising product discovery, pricing communication and value perception to drive higher conversions.

User-Centric Approach

• Identify friction points and optimise user journeys
• Ensure designs are usable, accessible, and engaging

Collaboration

• Work closely with developers, product managers and stakeholders
• Provide clear design handoffs and documentation

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 35 years of experience in UI/UX design
• Strong understanding of information architecture & user flows
• Proven experience in e-commerce UX and conversion-driven design
• Strong proficiency in design tools such as Figma or Sketch.
• Ability to balance aesthetics with usability.
