Required Technical Skills

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, responsive user interfaces for enterprise applications.
• Translate UI/UX designs into performant, accessible, and cross-browser-compatible front-end solutions.
• Provide expert guidance on UI best practices, frameworks, and performance optimization.

Must Have Skills

1. Strong hands-on experience with:

• HTML5
• CSS3
• JavaScript
• React or Angular

1. Expertise in building responsive, cross-browser, and high-performance UIs.
2. Strong understanding of:

• UI Architecture
• Component Design
• State Management

1. Experience integrating front-end applications with cloud services through REST APIs.
2. Ability to review, refactor, and guide teams on UI best practices and standards.

Good to Have

• Experience deploying UI applications on Azure / AWS / GCP.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design.
• Familiarity with performance tuning, lazy loading, and resource optimization.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.

Responsibilities

1. Convert UI/UX designs into robust, scalable, and responsive front-end code.
2. Develop and maintain UI features using React or Angular.
3. Collaborate closely with UX designers, backend developers, and product managers.
4. Optimize UI performance and ensure cross-browser/device compatibility.
5. Provide technical guidance and mentorship.
