UI Designer - Intern

Who We Are:

Vobble is a next-gen interactive audio platform for kids where they dont just listen to their favorite characters, but play audio games, and create stories on their own or with their friends & family. As Vobble now expands into the U.S., we're reimagining how kids engage with audio storytelling and voice-led play.

Role Description:

We are looking for a UI Design Intern with a strong eye for visual design, typography, spacing, layout and VUI design. This role primarily focuses on designing clean and polished user interfaces for mobile and tablet products.

You will collaborate closely with Designers, Engineers, and the Product Manager. This is a full-time on-site paid internship.

Responsibilities:

- Design UI screens, components, and layouts for mobile and tablet applications.

- Apply design systems, typography, spacing, and color styles consistently.

- Contribute to designing intuitive VUI interaction flows for kid-friendly experiences.

- Convert UX wireframes into high-fidelity UI designs.

- Prepare designs for developer handoff, including specifications and assets.

- Iterate designs based on feedback from the team and usability insights.

Requirements:

1. Student or recent graduate in Design, Visual Communication, HCI or a related field.

2. Experience in designing app interfaces.

3. Interest in designing for kids or family-focused products

4. Strong interest in UI, VUI and visual design.

5. Comfortable using Figma, including components, styles, and auto-layout.

6. Strong attention to detail and openness to feedback.

Nice to Have:

- Familiarity with iOS and Android design guidelines.

- Illustration, icon design, or basic motion design skills.
