Job Description

Role Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Stenographer to provide administrative and documentation support. The role involves fast and accurate typing, transcription, shorthand recording and maintaining official records with confidentiality.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Take dictation in shorthand from the Legal Head / Management.
  • Accurately transcribe shorthand notes into properly formatted legal documents.
  • Draft and format agreements, sale deeds, lease deeds, MOUs, notices, affidavits, and related correspondence.
  • Assist in preparation of property documentation, annexures, and supporting papers.
  • Ensure accuracy of survey numbers, property descriptions, financial figures, and statutory references.
  • Maintain organized legal files (agreements, title documents, approvals, registrations).
  • Coordinate with internal departments for documentation inputs.
  • Maintain confidentiality of legal and commercial matters.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong command over English grammar and legal formatting.
  • Proficiency in MS Word (document formatting, alignment, structuring).
  • Basic understanding of property/legal terminology preferred.
