Role Description

As a USMLE Tutor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction tailored to the USMLE curriculum, lesson planning, and providing personalized support to students. Responsibilities include grading assessments, offering constructive feedback, conducting one-on-one or group sessions, and creating an engaging learning environment to enhance student success. Collaboration with the academic team to continually improve course content and address diverse learning needs will also be expected.

Qualifications

• Good scores in USMLE Steps
• ECFMG certification is an added advantage
• Strong understanding of USMLE curriculum, medical concepts, and clinical knowledge
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for delivering lessons effectively
• Ability to evaluate student progress through assessments and provide detailed feedback for improvement
• Time management and organizational skills to plan lessons and prioritize responsibilities
• Experience in teaching, mentoring, or tutoring medical students, with a passion for education
• Proficiency with educational tools and technology used for teaching purposes
• MD or equivalent medical qualification preferred
