Your Work Profile We are looking for a Java Spring Boot Microservices Developer who will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance, scalable backend systems and applications . You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end features across backend, frontend, and cloud infrastructure , ensuring smooth integration between services and adherence to best engineering practices. The role involves working on microservices architecture, cloud deployment, and database optimization , while contributing to high-quality software delivery in an Agile environment. Key Responsibilities Application Development Design, develop, and maintain applications using Java Spring Boot Build scalable and maintainable microservices-based systems Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code Frontend Development (Collaboration / Support) Develop front-end interfaces using Angular / Vue.js / Pinia Ensure seamless integration between frontend and backend systems Collaborate with UI/UX teams for responsive design implementation Database Management Work with PostgreSQL databases Optimize SQL queries for performance and scalability Ensure data integrity and efficient data modeling Cloud & Deployment Deploy and manage applications using Kubernetes on Azure Work with containerized environments and cloud infrastructure Ensure application scalability and high availability Debugging & Optimization Troubleshoot and resolve performance and production issues Identify bottlenecks and optimize system performance Support root cause analysis and issue resolution Collaboration & Agile Delivery Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements Participate in Agile ceremonies and sprint planning Contribute to continuous improvement and best practices Required Experience Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field 49 years of experience in Java Spring Boot development Strong experience in building microservices-based applications Experience working in enterprise software development environments Essential Skills Backend Development Strong expertise in Java and Spring Boot Experience with Spring MVC and Hibernate Understanding of microservices architecture and REST APIs Database Skills Strong experience with PostgreSQL Proficiency in writing and optimizing SQL queries Understanding of data integrity and performance tuning Cloud & DevOps Familiarity with Kubernetes and containerization Experience with Azure (preferred) / AWS Exposure to CI/CD pipelines ( GitLab / ADO preferred ) Frontend Exposure Knowledge of Angular / Vue.js / HTML / CSS / JavaScript Understanding of frontend state management tools like Pinia Engineering Fundamentals Strong understanding of data structures and algorithms Knowledge of system design and scalability principles Strong problem-solving and debugging skills Preferred Skills Experience in microservices and API development at scale Exposure to DevOps and CI/CD pipelines Cloud experience in Azure or AWS Familiarity with GitLab / Azure DevOps pipelines Understanding of modern frontend frameworks Success Metrics Delivery of scalable and high-performance microservices Stable and optimized production systems Efficient database and API performance Successful cloud deployments with minimal issues Strong collaboration across cross-functional teams Timely delivery of features in Agile cycles Location and Way of Working Location: Onsite / Hybrid (as per project requirement) Domain: Automotive / Enterprise Digital Platforms
