Your work profile We are seeking an experienced technical lead with good project management skills such as planning, managing delivery to lead and managing end-to-end technology projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality execution, and alignment with business objectives. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, technical expertise, stakeholder management capabilities, and experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. Manage the complete project lifecycle, from project initiation and planning through execution, monitoring, and closure. Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, developers, QA teams, and external vendors to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, resource allocations, budgets, and risk management strategies. Track project progress and ensure delivery within agreed timelines, quality standards, and budget constraints. Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies. Facilitate Agile ceremonies, project reviews, status meetings, and stakeholder communications. Coordinate technical teams to ensure successful implementation of software applications, infrastructure projects, cloud migrations, or digital transformation initiatives. Monitor project performance using appropriate tools and techniques and provide regular status updates to leadership. Ensure adherence to project governance, compliance, security, and organizational standards. Manage change requests, scope adjustments, and project documentation. Foster collaboration and resolve conflicts across teams to maintain project momentum. Drive continuous process improvement and promote best practices in project management. Key skillsrequired: 8+ years of experience in project management, preferably in software development or IT projects. Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies. Experience managing Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid projects. Knowledge of cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud) is preferred. Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, Confluence, or similar platforms. Strong understanding of system architecture, APIs, integrations, databases, and software engineering concepts. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Experience managing multiple projects and cross-functional teams simultaneously. PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, SAFe, or Agile certifications are preferred. Qualifications Bachelors orMasters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
