Your work profile We are looking for a senior QA Engineer with foundational experience in B2C eCommerce platforms and CRM systems (Salesforce) . The candidate will support testing activities across the end-to-end eCommerce lifecycle including product browsing, cart, checkout, payment processing, order management, and CRM integrations. Key Responsibilities Validate theend-to-end B2C eCommerce customer journey: Product discovery and catalogue Cart management Checkout flow Payment processing Order creation and lifecycle Performfunctional, regression, and integration testingacross eCommerce applications. ExecuteAPI testingusing tools such as Postman, REST Assured, or similar tools. Validateintegration between eCommerce platforms and backend systems. Assist in testingpayment gateway integrationssuch as Stripe. Support testingCRM integration with Salesforce, including: Customer data synchronization Order and case creation Customer profile updates Verify data consistency betweeneCommerce systems, CRM (Salesforce), and backend platforms like SAP Hybris. Create and maintaintest cases, test scenarios, and defect reports. Collaborate with developers, QA team members, and product owners to resolve issues. Participate inAgile ceremoniesand QA planning activities. Key skills required: Understanding ofB2C eCommerce workflows. Hands-on experience or knowledge ofAPI testing. Familiarity withSalesforce CRM testing concepts. Understanding ofREST APIs, JSON responses, and API validations. Basic knowledge ofpayment processing and gateway workflows. Good communication and collaboration skills to work withglobal stakeholders. Education Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
