Learn more about: Customer Your work profile As a Manager in our M&C Team youll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations: - Key Responsibilities: Develop responsive, interactive, and visually appealing web applications using ReactJS. Work closely with UX/UI designers to translate wireframes into high-quality code. Develop and Integrate with backend APIs and handle state management effectively. Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code. Optimize application performance and ensure cross-browser compatibility. Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes. Stay updated with the latest front-end technologies and best practices. Desired Skills & Experience 10+ years of experience in Full stack development. Strong experience in leading the technical team. Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), ReactJS/Angular, and Redux., Java. Experience with REST API integration. Familiarity with HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design frameworks. Experience with version control (Git) and build tools (Webpack, Babel). Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Good to Have Experience in BFSI domain or enterprise-grade web applications. Exposure to Next.js or other SSR frameworks. Knowledge of testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library). Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS). Location and way of working: Base location: Bengaluru Education: Professional Qualification - B.E./B.
