About the Role

Infinity Learn is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to manage Travel Desk Operations. The role involves handling end-to-end travel coordination, vendor management, travel bookings, and ensuring seamless travel support for employees and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage domestic and international travel bookings including flights, hotels, cabs, and itineraries
• Coordinate with travel vendors and agencies for best pricing and smooth travel arrangements
• Handle travel requests, approvals, and travel-related documentation
• Ensure timely booking confirmations and issue resolutions
• Monitor travel budgets and maintain travel expense records
• Maintain MIS reports related to travel operations and vendor billing
• Support employees with travel policies and compliance requirements
• Coordinate for emergency travel changes or cancellations whenever required
• Ensure smooth day-to-day travel desk operations and stakeholder management

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in any discipline
• 26 years of relevant experience in Travel Desk Operations/Administration
• Good understanding of travel coordination and vendor management
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple requests simultaneously
