Role Description The Travel Agent at My Ticket Creator is a full-time, on-site role based in Dwarka sec 5, New Delhi. This role is responsible for planning and booking comprehensive travel arrangements for employees, contractors, and guests, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and car rentals. The Travel Agent will manage reservations, coordinate changes and cancellations, and ensure travel itineraries comply with company policies and budget guidelines. Day-to-day tasks include responding to travel inquiries, providing high-quality customer service, resolving issues quickly, and optimizing travel options for safety, cost, and convenience. The role also involves maintaining accurate travel records, working closely with internal teams and external vendors, and supporting travel-related reporting and documentation.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in reservations and travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and itinerary coordination.
- Proven customer service experience, with a focus on responsiveness, problem-solving, and traveler support.
- Experience with car rental and ground transportation bookings, and familiarity with vendor platforms.
- Sales and upselling skills to recommend cost-effective and value-added travel options while respecting budget limits.
- Working knowledge of travel booking tools, systems, or online travel platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work on-site in Patel Nagar, manage multiple requests, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant experience in corporate or agency travel; aerospace or technology industry experience is a plus.
- High school diploma required; bachelors degree in hospitality, business, or a related field preferred.
