Job Summary

The Manager-Business Transformation will play a pivotal role in driving business transformation initiatives within the Insurance/CMT domain. With a focus on leveraging technical skills in Lean Automation and Agentic AI.

Responsibilities

• Lead business transformation projects by implementing Lean, AI, GEN AI and Automation tools to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Oversee the development and execution of transformation strategies to align with company objectives.
• Provide expert guidance on Six Sigma methodologies to streamline processes and reduce operational costs.
• Monitor and evaluate the progress of transformation initiatives to ensure alignment with business goals and timelines.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation to track progress and facilitate communication among stakeholders.
• Analyze data and metrics to assess the impact of transformation initiatives and make data-driven decisions.
• Coordinate with IT ,Business units and Transition team to ensure seamless integration of new processes and technologies.
• Drive change management efforts to facilitate smooth transitions and minimize disruptions during transformation projects.

Qualifications

• Possess a strong background in Lean and Automation with proven experience in implementing these technologies.
• Demonstrate expertise in Six Sigma methodologies with a track record of successful process improvements.
• Have extensive experience in Insurance/CMT domain understanding its unique challenges and opportunities.
