ROLE OVERVIEW
As the Training Quality & Governance Lead, you will drive quality, consistency, and curriculum alignment across all training programmes by overseeing trainer standards, delivery governance, and cross-functional coordination with Sales, Content, and Operations teams.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure curriculum quality, readiness, and alignment with programme objectives
- Approve trainer readiness, allocation, and delivery standards
- Conduct training audits and maintain quality evaluation frameworks
- Analyse feedback and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Validate programme readiness and identify delivery risks before launch
- Collaborate with Sales, Content, and Operations to ensure delivery excellence and alignment
- Present quality insights and recommendations to leadership teams
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelors or Masters degree in any relevant field (HR, Education, Psychology, or Management preferred)
- 610 years of experience in training, L&D, quality assurance, or programme governance roles
- Strong understanding of training delivery dynamics in large-batch or multi-location environments
- Experience in evaluating trainer performance and defining quality standards
- Ability to analyse feedback data and derive actionable insights
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills
- Structured thinking with high attention to detail and process orientation
