Training Quality Manager

ROLE OVERVIEW

As the Training Quality & Governance Lead, you will drive quality, consistency, and curriculum alignment across all training programmes by overseeing trainer standards, delivery governance, and cross-functional coordination with Sales, Content, and Operations teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure curriculum quality, readiness, and alignment with programme objectives
• Approve trainer readiness, allocation, and delivery standards
• Conduct training audits and maintain quality evaluation frameworks
• Analyse feedback and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Validate programme readiness and identify delivery risks before launch
• Collaborate with Sales, Content, and Operations to ensure delivery excellence and alignment
• Present quality insights and recommendations to leadership teams

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelors or Masters degree in any relevant field (HR, Education, Psychology, or Management preferred)
• 610 years of experience in training, L&D, quality assurance, or programme governance roles
• Strong understanding of training delivery dynamics in large-batch or multi-location environments
• Experience in evaluating trainer performance and defining quality standards
• Ability to analyse feedback data and derive actionable insights
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills
• Structured thinking with high attention to detail and process orientation
