About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic Training Manager who can design and deliver engaging training programs that drive sales excellence and foster a culture of continuous learning.

What Youll Do

Develop structured training programs for the sales team

Conduct impactful workshops, coaching sessions & seminars

Measure training effectiveness through KPIs and learning outcomes

Mentor trainers and enhance instructional quality

Introduce modern learning methodologies and digital training practices

Collaborate with internal teams and external partners for seamless training delivery

What Were Looking For

Masters degree in Education, Training & Development, Organizational Psychology, or related field

47 years of experience in training design & delivery

Strong leadership, facilitation, and communication skills

Experience in sales-focused or performance-driven environments preferred

Passion for learning, coaching, and people development
