Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced AR Manager with strong expertise in US Healthcare

Physician Billing and RCM to design, deliver, and manage training programs for AR teams.

The role focuses on enhancing team performance, compliance, productivity, and AR

outcomes while aligning with payer rules and industry best practices.

Roles & Responsibilities

Training & Development

Design and deliver end-to-end AR training programs for Physician Billing processes

Conduct classroom, virtual, and on-the-job training for AR executives, team leads, and managers

Develop training materials such as SOPs, process guides, presentations, assessments, and reference documents

Train teams on:

AR workflows (Charge posting to payment reconciliation)

Denial management & appeals

Follow-ups and payer communications

Underpayments, write-offs, adjustments, refunds

A/R aging analysis and reduction strategies

Stakeholder & Team Management

Collaborate with:

AR Managers & Operations Heads

Quality & Compliance teams

Client-facing teams (where applicable)

Support new client transitions, ramp-ups, and process migrations

Mentor team leads and act as a go-to training escalation point

Experience Required

1315 years of experience in US Healthcare RCM

Strong hands-on experience in Physician Billing AR
