Job Description

We are looking for dynamic professionals capable of maintaining our customer satisfaction rates with excellent oral & written communication skills and a positive approach. A committed candidate who is able to maintain relationships with our customers and clients by closely monitoring the audit rubric and parameters, provide insights and analysis and help manage the implementation of service and process improvement programs and efforts. This is a full-time position with the ability to work in the office. Relevant certifications and experience will improve consideration chances for this position.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage a team of Quality Analysts and Quality Leader of the Customer Support Department
  • Ensure standards are created and maintained including creation of approaches and plan to correct problems
  • Ensure the establishment of root cause analysis and development of comprehensive reports and recommendations
  • Bridge the operational gaps by conducting various audit methodology
  • Responsible for QMS awareness. Complete adherence and compliance to quality and regulatory standards as applicable
  • Keep accurate documentation and perform statistical analysis
  • Submit detailed reports to respective stakeholders
  • Be on the lookout for opportunities for improvement and develop new efficient procedures
  • Lead and manage a team of quality control personnel, providing guidance, coaching, and support as needed
  • Communicate with other teams, departments, and stakeholders to ensure that quality control processes are aligned with business objectives
  • Perform audits of quality control processes, identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations for corrective action
  • PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIRED SKILLS:


    • Bachelor degree, Master is a plus.
    • Overall 12+ years of experience in BPO Operations Quality domain
    • 4+ years of experience as a Quality Manager from international BPO
    • Six Sigma or Lean certification will be added advantage
    • Excellent communication skills, Team player, Attention to detail, Problem-solving skills
    • Hands on experience on QC Tools (Any 2-3 demonstrated)
    • Strong time management and decision-making skills
    • In depth understanding of quality control procedures and relevant legal standards
    • Certification of quality control is a strong advantage (ISO 9000 etc.)
