Role Overview

We are seeking passionate and dedicated Trainers to support our college delivery programs in Madurai. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy teaching and mentoring students while delivering practical, skill-based education in emerging technology domains. Candidates with an M.Tech qualification and a strong foundation in programming are encouraged to apply. Freshers with excellent technical and communication skills are also welcome.

Key Responsibilities

1. Teaching & Session Delivery

• Deliver engaging and interactive classroom sessions in core programming and emerging technologies.
• Teach Java, Python, and C, along with Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA).
• Facilitate hands-on learning through coding labs, assignments, and workshops.
• Incorporate real-world examples and case studies to enhance student understanding.

2. Student Mentorship

• Guide students in mini-projects and capstone projects.
• Support students in technical interview preparation and career readiness.
• Foster problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and innovation.

3. Curriculum & Academic Support

• Collaborate with the academic team to enhance and customize curriculum content.
• Assist in developing practice-oriented learning materials and assessments.
• Participate in academic activities such as workshops, hackathons, and seminars.

4. Institutional Collaboration

• Work closely with partner colleges to ensure seamless program delivery.
• Coordinate with faculty and institutional stakeholders for scheduling and academic planning.
• Support placement-oriented initiatives and student engagement activities.

5. Continuous Learning

• Stay updated with emerging technologies and integrate them into teaching.
• Participate in internal training and knowledge-sharing sessions within Wrench Wise.

Eligibility Criteria

• M.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related discipline.
• 05 years of experience in teaching or industry (fresh graduates with strong technical skills are encouraged to apply).
• Strong academic foundation in programming and problem-solving.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Java, Python, and C.
• Strong understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA).
• Familiarity with at least one of the following domains:
• Full Stack Development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Node.js)
• Data Science & Artificial Intelligence (Pandas, NumPy, Machine Learning, SQL)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
• Ability to create an engaging and hands-on learning environment.

Soft Skills

• Prior experience in teaching or technical training.
• Exposure to real-world or academic projects.
• Industry certifications in relevant technologies.
• Proficiency in Tamil and English, enabling effective classroom delivery and interaction with institutional stakeholders.

Work Location & Schedule

• Location: Madurai, Tamil Nadu (On-site at partner colleges).
• Schedule: Aligned with the academic calendar and institutional requirements.
• Travel: Minimal local travel may be required within Madurai.
