Trainee Resident Manager

Location - On-site at Housr Property (Gurgaon/Bangalore/Hyderabad/Pune & Vizag)

What the Job Involves

We are looking for dynamic, energetic individuals with strong communication skills, a confident

personality, and a problem-solving mindset. As a Trainee Resident Manager, you will support daily

property operations, assist with resident needs, and contribute to delivering a superior living

experience. This is a hands-on role designed to provide you with the training and experience

necessary to grow into a full-time Resident Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a key point of contact for residents and walk-ins at the property.
• Assist with property tours and ensure a positive first impression for potential residents.
• Support move-ins, move-outs, and daily resident interactions.
• Ensure the property is clean, safe, and operating smoothly.
• Coordinate with vendors, housekeeping, and maintenance teams.
• Help address and resolve resident queries and service requests.
• Monitor property standards and report issues proactively.
• Support the Resident Manager in handling daily operations and resident engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in any discipline (Hotel Management or Hospitality-related degree is a plus).
• 01 year of experience in customer service, hospitality, property operations, or related fields.
