Key Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for residents and visitors.
• Conduct property tours for potential residents.
• Assist residents with their queries and day-to-day requirements.
• Support move-ins and move-outs to ensure a smooth experience.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other teams.
• Monitor property standards and report any issues.
• Help organize resident engagement activities and events.
• Support the Resident Manager in daily property operations.
