Trainee process consultant

We are looking for an enthusiastic Technical Support Consultant (Networking) to provide first-level technical support and troubleshooting for network-related issues. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to build a career in networking and IT infrastructure.

Roles & Responsibilities: -

• Troubleshoot problems related to LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and firewalls
• Monitor network systems and escalate unresolved issues to senior consultants.
• Respond to support tickets, emails, and phone calls within defined SLA timelines
• Assist in network configuration, installation, and basic maintenance
• Resolve queries in voice mode

Requirements: -

• Basic understanding of networking concepts
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent Communication skills
• Open for rotational night shifts.
