Job Description
J.P. Morgan Wealth Management is a global leader in investment and wealth management, serving institutions, high-net-worth individuals, and retail investors worldwide.
As a UAT Analyst within the Asset & Wealth Management Operations Testing team, you play a critical role in ensuring that technology solutions meet business needs and regulatory standards. You will lead and execute all phases of User Acceptance Testing, from requirement gathering to final product delivery, while collaborating with stakeholders and technology partners. Leveraging your 6+ years’ experience in both manual and automation testing, you will drive continuous improvement and operational excellence across multiple applications.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead requirement gathering, test planning, test design, test execution, defect logging, retesting, and final product delivery for multiple applications.
- Ensure thorough planning and management of testing scope, requirements, and evidence documentation.
- Collaborate with automation testers to develop, maintain, and enhance automation frameworks and standards.
- Work closely with technology teams to implement Behaviour Driven Development (BDD) and support continuous integration using tools such as IntelliJ, Eclipse, Jenkins, Maven, and BitBucket.
- Automate test design and manage test data using SQL and various testing tools.
- Identify automation opportunities, conduct feasibility studies, and develop automation frameworks using languages like Java, Python, Selenium, and Playwrite.
- Manage stakeholders effectively, drive ROI analysis, and report on automation execution and outcomes.
Required Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities
- Minimum 6 years experience in automation and manual testing with expertise in Selenium, Cucumber, Java, Python, and Playwrite.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Behaviour Driven Development (BDD) and Test Driven Development (TDD) methodologies.
- Proven ability to maintain and enhance Keyword, Data, and Hybrid automation frameworks.
- Solid understanding of Agile practices and project management principles.
Preferred Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities
- In-depth product knowledge of Capital Market products including Equity, Fixed Income, OTC Derivatives, Credit/Lending, and Deposits.
- Advanced stakeholder management, negotiation, and decision-making skills with excellent interpersonal communication.
- Familiarity with tools such as qTest, JIRA, and Monday.com for test and project management.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and multi-tasking abilities with a track record of managing multiple applications and releases.
