Position: Testing and Validation Engineer

Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Working Days: Monday- Friday

Work Timings: 10 AM - 7 PM

Experience Required: 1-3 years

About

The Testing & Validation Engineer will be responsible for developing and executing structured test plans for electric motors and related systems across EV and industrial applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute structured Design Verification Plans (DVP) and validation protocols for motors and controllers.
• Conduct performance, endurance, thermal, vibration, and environmental testing of products.
• Support homologation and certification processes, including documentation preparation and coordination with certifying agencies.
• Analyze test data and identify failure patterns to drive design improvements.
• Perform detailed failure analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Build structured test cases and reliability validation frameworks for new product development.
• Design and set up test rigs, fixtures, and instrumentation as required.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Mechatronics Engineering.
• 25 years of experience in product testing, validation, or reliability engineering.
• Strong understanding of motor performance testing and validation methodologies.
• Experience in homologation and certification processes preferred.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel for on-site testing and customer support when required.
