Test Engineer

Role Summary

This position is a senior technical leadership role responsible for defining and driving Design for Test (DFT) solutions across complex hardware programs. The role ensures comprehensive test coverage, high test quality, and predictable execution through close collaboration with multidisciplinary teams from concept through postsilicon.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the definition and architecture of endtoend DFT solutions across programs
• Ensure robust test coverage and test quality throughout the design lifecycle
• Drive predictable execution from tapein through tapeout and postsilicon validation
• Collaborate closely with:
• Design engineering
• Physical design
• Validation
• Test engineering
• Program management
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams
• Guide design decisions with strong architectural judgment and best practices
• Enable continuous improvement in DFT methodologies and execution quality

Required Qualifications

• Deep, handson expertise in Design for Test (DFT)
• Strong architectural and systemlevel judgment
• Proven experience leading and mentoring technical teams
• Ability to influence across organizations and drive alignment
• Experience delivering silicon programs through full lifecycle execution
