Role Description

The Tendering Manager is responsible for managing tenders, including preparation, submission, and ensuring compliance with tender requirements. This full-time, on-site role is located in Bhopal. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with cross-functional teams, preparing technical and financial proposals, engaging with procurement processes, and supporting sales efforts to secure successful contracts.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Tender Management and Tender Preparation, with a strong understanding of processes and documentation requirements
Experience in Procurement strategies and practices
Strong skills in Sales and developing client relationships
Proven knowledge of Project Management methodologies and principles
Ability to manage deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field
Previous experience in tendering or procurement roles preferred
