About the Role

URC Construction Pvt Ltd is looking for experienced and dynamic professionals for our Tendering & Estimation team. Candidates should have strong knowledge in BOQ, rate analysis, quantity take-off, costing, and tender documentation with exposure to large-scale construction projects.

Open Positions

Senior Level Civil Tender Manager

Experience: 10+ Years

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end handling of civil tenders including technical & commercial evaluation
• Strong expertise in BOQ, quantity take-off, costing & rate analysis
• Tender stage resource planning and sub-vendor coordination
• Preparation and review of estimation reports and bid submissions
• Coordination with internal departments and clients during tender stages
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and team management skills
• Proficient in MS Excel, AutoCAD & MSP

Middle Level Civil Tender Engineer

Experience: 7+ Years

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparation of accurate and competitive estimates
• Good knowledge of BOQ, rate analysis, costing & quantity take-off
• Tender stage resource planning and sub-vendor coordination
• Support technical & commercial tendering activities
• Vendor follow-up and subcontractor coordination
• Proficient in MS Excel, AutoCAD & MSP

Junior Level Civil Tender Engineer

Experience: 3+ Years

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparation of estimates and tender documents
• Basic knowledge of BOQ, rate analysis & quantity take-off
• Support in documentation and tender submission activities
• Good Excel skills and eagerness to learn

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience in building, commercial, hospital, industrial, or infrastructure projects
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Ability to work under tight deadlines
• Tamil Nadu candidates preferred
