Role Overview

We are looking for a Tendering & Estimation Expert with strong domain expertise to support and enhance our AI-driven tender analysis platform.

In this role, you will work closely and front-facingly with product and customer teams to bring real-world tendering insights, validate outputs, and ensure accuracy in estimation, risk analysis, and bid strategy. You will play a key role in bridging domain expertise with technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze tender documents, RFPs, and bid requirements across industries
• Support estimation processes including costing, BOQs, and commercial evaluation on ContraVault's customers side
• Provide domain expertise to improve AI outputs and workflows
• Collaborate with product and tech teams to refine platform capabilities
• Assist customers in understanding tender insights and outputs
• Contribute to building best practices and standard templates for tender analysis

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in tendering and estimation (EPC sector is a plus)
• Strong experience in reviewing RFPs, contracts, and bid documents
• Exposure to industries like EPC, power, energy, infrastructure, engineering, etc.
• Strong analytical and commercial understanding
• Attention to detail and ability to handle complex documentation
• Familiarity with digital tools / platforms is a plus
