Telesales Representative

We are looking for a confident and motivated Tele Caller & Lead Generation to join our team. The role involves cold calling, engaging with potential clients, and actively generating leads through outbound calls.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to prospective customers.
• Introduce company services and build initial interest.
• Identify potential customers and generate qualified leads.
• Maintain accurate call records and updates.
• Follow up with prospects when required.
• Coordinate with the sales/marketing team for conversions.
• Maintain professional, positive, and customer-friendly communication.

Requirements

• 36 months of experience in calling / telecalling / lead generation.
• Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills.
• Confident, presentable, and customer-friendly approach.
• Ability to handle objections and rejections positively.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset.
