Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Telesales Representative based in Mumbai. The role involves managing outbound and inbound calls, pitching and promoting the product, and scheduling demos/meetings, building and nurturing strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills for engaging effectively with customers and colleagues
• Proficiency in Customer Service and Customer Support to address inquiries and resolve concerns
• Sales skills with the ability to close deals and achieve targets
• Self-motivated and goal-driven with a proactive approach to tasks
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools are advantageous
• Previous experience in telesales or a similar role is preferred
