This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telesales Executive, based in Kolkata. The Telesales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, engaging effectively with potential and existing customers, providing excellent customer service, and closing sales. The role involves actively managing relationships, identifying customer needs, and promoting Travelexie's wide range of travel solutions to deliver exceptional value and memorable experiences.
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and address their needs.
- Experience with Lead Generation and utilizing strategies to identify potential customers.
- Proficiency in Customer Support and Sales, with the ability to close deals and foster client relationships.
- A proactive approach, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment with a customer-focused mindset.
- Familiarity with the travel and tourism industry is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, or a related field is preferred.
