Role Description
As a Telesales Executive(US process)with EchoPeak Solutions, your responsibilities will include engaging with potential customers through calls. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Udupi, requiring strong interpersonal and communication skills to drive sales and support customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse clients and build relationships
- 6 months - 3 years Experience in Customer handling with a proactive approach to addressing client needs
- Proven abilities in Sales to meet and exceed targets
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site role in the night shift
- Prior experience in telesales or related domains is an advantage.
