-Night Shift: Yes

-5:30 PM IST 2:30 AM IST

-6:30 PM IST 3:30 AM IST (Daylight Time)

***Key Responsibilities & Skills:***

1.End-to-end Telecom Order Management experience.

2.Strong hands-on knowledge of:

Ethernet Connections

4.PIP Circuits

Dedicated Internet Circuits (DIA)

Access Circuits

3.Good understanding of LEC / PTT coordination and dependencies

4.Clear understanding of the Basic Provisioning teams role and workflows

5.Ability to manage orders, milestones, fallouts, and escalations

6.Excellent customer communication skills with a strong focus on SLAs and delivery

Must Have:

-Proven experience in Telecom Order Management operations

-Strong stakeholder management and customer-facing skills

-Ability to work in a fast-paced, operations-driven environment
